Enersource Hydro Mississauga selects FieldWorker as their mobile workforce management solution

Mississauga, ON, Canada, July 22, 2015 – Enersource Hydro Mississauga (EHM) has selected FieldWorker, a leading provider of mobile data solutions, to automate the process of managing billing system, field activities and eliminating the need for printed paper documents. FieldWorker was selected after a competitive RFP process.“FieldWorker is excited to partner with Enersource Hydro Mississauga to help streamline their field activities by eliminating the use of paper-based forms.” - Jamal Raza, President, FieldWorker.By implementing the FieldWorker mobile solution, EHM can now dispatch work orders from their billing system to their field users in real-time using a mobile device such as a tablet. Users in the field will now have the ability to complete work orders on their mobile tablet - eliminating paper orders, redundant work and improving accuracy. In addition, the data captured on the work orders is updated in near real time with the billing system and office users now have visibility to the most accurate information enabling them to make decisions accordingly.

Founded in 1995, FieldWorker creates and implements custom enterprise mobility solutions to maximize customer productivity and return on investment. The strategic acquisition will further strengthen the solution portfolio of CI’s flagship software product Fleet Complete and solidifies CI’s position as a leader in the Mobile Workforce and Telematics industries.
